[Android] Remove permissions unneeded for recent devices

I didn't had enough time to confirm it, only that something in the 5 latest
commit cause vlc to hang at startup.

>From the description of the permission, after api19, without it you can
read in app folders only, but not everywhere. So make sense that it's the
issue.
