VLC for Android 1.6.2

This is a minor version of the 1.6.x branch fixing issues of 1.6.0

1.6.0 was a major release of VLC for Android.

Important speed up improvements of the audio and video decoding, the thumnailers,
but also the interface, notably for the audio/video lists.
