[Android] LibVLC distribution in a closed source Android app

Hey guys,

I just wanted to get your opinion about distributing LibVLC for Android
under the LGPL license bundled with a closed source proprietary application
I am building.

Is that even legal? Even though LibVLC is under LGLP meaning linking to
non-LGPL software is allowed, Android packs everything inside a single .apk
file. I have concerns that that may be in conflict with the LGPL clause
allowing users to link against modified versions of LibVLC.

What is your view on this? Are there any precedents of closed source
applications linking to LibVLC?

Regards,
Martin
