[Android] Hardware acceleration seems broken

Hi Thomas Guillem,

I tried to send the full log earlier and it seems like the message didn’t get through. I’m going to try again w/o the lengthy log and will send the log in a follow-up email. The line “mediacodec decoder: Exception occurred in MediaCodecInfo.getCapabilitiesForType" seems like the root cause. Any idea to resolve this issue?
