[Android] Necessary headlines in the application for Season of Docs

Sir/Ma'am,

I will be applying for Season of Docs under VLC. I thought of a list of
headings and subheadings that I will be including in my application but I
was wondering if there were some mandatory sections that I needed to add to
my application.

Any help regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated!
