[Android] VLC Android contribution: VideoLAN GitLab account pending approval

Hello,

I am interested in contributing to VLC for Android and would like to submit
a small feature through the normal GitLab merge request process.

I recently registered an account on the VideoLAN GitLab instance,
code.videolan.org, but the account is currently blocked with the following
message:

> "Your account is pending approval from your GitLab administrator and hence
> blocked. Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an
> error."


Could you please let me know who I should contact to have the account
approved, or what the current process is for getting a new contributor
account activated?

The first contribution I am planning is a small VLC Android improvement to
remember the last selected Sleep Timer duration.
