[dvblast-devel] [PATCH] IPv6 support

Hi,

The attached patch enables IPv6 output from dvblast, both from the
configuration file and via the -d command-line switch. Currently IPv6
stream input is not enabled, but this can be done relatively easily.

I have also included a small fix that corrects a bug when a service is
removed (commented) then re-added to the same place in the configuration
file. The output was not being re-initialised so writev's were
happening to a closed file descriptor.

I have not committed the patch to SVN because I won't have access to any
DVB feeds for the next three days for various reasons so can't test it
properly. I would appreciate if people could test this patch even if
they don't use IPv6, as I need to make sure I haven't broken any IPv4
functionality.

Thanks,

Andy.
