[dvblast-devel] [PATCH] Support for selection between multiple frontends on a single card

Hi,

This patch allows the user to choose between frontends on DVB cards that
have such hardware.  I have tested on a Hauppauge PVR-4000 card and it seems
to work fine, allowing me to select between frontend0 (DVB-S2) and frontend1
(DVB-T).  Obviously both cannot be used simultaneously.

Would appreciate if Meuuh could check I haven't broken CA support as I don't
have any CA capable hardware here.
