[dvblast-devel] [PATCH] Support for MPEG-TS/UDP output for set top box compatability

Hi,

This patch allows the user to select between MPEG-TS/RTP/UDP and
MPEG-TS/UDP outputs.  The -U option is used to select MPEG-TS/UDP mode.
Many IPTV set top boxes do not support RTP in multicast.

Patch has been tested with VLC and an Amino 103 STB.  A warning is
printed if UDP mode is selected to remind users that it is not
recommended and RTP is the preferred transport.
