[dvblast-devel] [PATCH] Use DVB API versions in #if conditionals

Hi,

  attached patch changes the way how frontend capabilities are detected
and groups them based on DVB API versions. It also removes the unnecessary
#ifdef around SEC_VOLTAGE_OFF, which is present even in 1.0 release of
DVB drivers with DVBAPI=3.
