[dvblast-devel] Problem with high-level CI support

Hi,

   we have a problem with high-level CI support in DVBlast. Most people
probably use link-layer CI cards, but for high-level CI, system_ids_t *p_ids
is NULL, hence access to p_ids->i_selected_programs will segfault.
