[dvblast-devel] [PATCH] Don't break descrambling when single program was removed

Hi,

   attached patch fixes the problem with invalid CAPMTs. When one scrambled
program was removed from config file, dvblast sent CAPMT without any ESs
to the CAM, which immediately stopped decoding for all programs. The patch
fixes it by moving en50221_DeletePMT() before the code which unselects all
ESs from the removed program, hence the CAPMT is now correctly formatted
with all previously selected ESs.
