[dvblast-devel] [PATCH] Fix PID refcounting

Hi,

   attached patch fixes problem with multiple PID refcounting. For the
typical case where video PID is also the PCR PID, that PID was refcounted
twice and not removed when needed. Also each PMT version change increased
the refcount. The patch also removes some code which looks to be dead.
