How all of the latest changes related to more smooth packet output
work when STB gets stream via TCP/HTTP from http proxy?

STB <-- tcp/http ---> proxy < -- udp/rtp --> dvblast

Should I bother to tune packet output parameters or is this
unnecessary because of the TCP transport betweeen STB and proxy (which
does some buffering of course) ?
