Great ! This finally fixes the CAM-related gaps.

As for the slow CAM option - this was in fact an attempt to workaround
clearly wrong behaviour of some old PowerCAM versions, which acked the
CAPMT commands but ignored them due to internal problems. Newer PowerCAM
modules don't seem to have this problem.
