It's hard to tell what's going on when the CAM opens MMI session but
doesn't tell anything about the problem... The ping-pong with CA session
is quite non-standard as well.

PowerCAMs are famous for various compatibility issues - you might try to 
upgrade yours to the latest 4.6 firware to see if it helps. They also
recommend to disable all other CA systems except the one you need.
