I'm pretty sure newer versions of Wireshark allow you to analyse RTP
streams for timing, payload, and MPEG-TS headers / consistency.  Pretty
sure it doesn't do anything on scrambling though.  You may have to force
it to interpret the stream as RTP, which is just done through a menu.
