[dvblast-devel] [PATCH 0/8] Documentation fixes

Add missing options to usage and synopsis lines but also
split them for easier editing in the future. For a good
measure an update to INSTALL file in order to mention
git repository. With this update all command line options
are mentioned in documentation and program help. Oh and
we are down to just 3 free short options (not counting 0..9).
