[dvblast-devel] dvblastctl - Reload options does`t work

I have installed:
DVBlast 2.2 (release)
DVBlastctl 2.2 (release)

When i run 
dvblastctl -r /path_to_socket_file fe_status (or get_sdt)
Everything work fine.

But if I try 
dvblastctl -r /path_to_socket_file reload
without any changes in conf file, everything is ok. Dvblast continues to work.

But if I make any changes in conf file, and run
dvblastctl -r /path_to_socket_file reload

dvblast is shutdown.

In log file i see this:

This is bug?
