I have had the exact same problem with DRE CAM. I was using TT S2-3200 DVB cards. I put the CAM in a NetUp card and didn't see any problem any longer. I suppose it may be a timing issue on the TS bus of the CAM, which would be slightly incompatible with some card providers.
