[dvblast-devel] Remapping issue

Dear all,

Here is a patch to fix the remapping issues:

* The PES Private Data streams are parsed to check their real type (audio or
subtitle)
* The PID are incremented when multiple streams of the same type are found
(this was the case for the global option but not for the option by output)
* I've added some debug messages to track the remapping operation

I was tested and worked fine with streams having multiple AC3 audio tracks.
