I assume you are trying the same freq only in L-band now.

The correct command in L band should be :

dvblast -a 0 -c galaxymcast.conf -f 1086000 -s 20765000 -v 13

Assuming you have a config file galaxymcast.conf containing at least one 
channel declared:

;Almas TV
239.1.1.1:1234  1 1

It should work.

If your lnb is with 10750 MHz upper L.O. and you dont want to calculate 
each and every time the IF frequency
either you have to change the LNB with one with 10600 MHz upper L.O. :-) 
   or you can customize your dvblast installation
by searching in  dvb.c the value 10600 (somewhere around line 491) and 
change it to 10750 and of course recompile it.
