[dvblast-devel] PMT does not contain ES PIDs anymore after some days of proper working

Dear all,
I have been using dvblast for three years with great success, but I am having some very strange behaviour lately.
I am testing latest revision from git as June 2013dvblast revision -> 51c9565bc3ec3443611f1e20a15fe0abd545bb1abitstream revision -> 541c644c7a7796bfe6d5d17ac01f11d19e17131c

This is a typical command line and configuration file I use:
dvblast -c dvblastcfg18 -r dvblastsock18 -a 18 -f 674000000 -b 8 -F 999 -m qam_auto -G -1 -X -1 -l -g dvblast
cat dvblastcfg18239.255.0.32:1234/udp/dvb/epg/ttl=5 1 342 239.255.0.33:1234/udp/dvb/epg/ttl=5 1 343 239.255.0.34:1234/udp/dvb/epg/ttl=5 1 344 239.255.0.35:1234/udp/dvb/epg/ttl=5 1 1059 239.255.0.36:1234/udp/dvb/epg/ttl=5 1 1064

After around 10 days of proper working, PMT of program 342 does not contain any more the PIDs of the elementary streams associated to service no 342. However, PMT of program 1059 still continues to carry the list of all elementary streams from service 1059. Both services are from same dvb adapter and same instance of dvblast. If I restart dvblast it starts working again fine, but at some time in one or two weeks it will happen again.
I have attached to screenshots from TSReader showing the problem.
"Program Energy" is ok.https://docs.google.com/file/d/0Bz2T9Zmbh8o5TWh4aDI3cmtHbWM/edit?usp=sharing
"Program Xplora" is not ok.https://docs.google.com/file/d/0Bz2T9Zmbh8o5SWJZM1M0aldyYTQ/edit?usp=sharing
It seems that elementary streams for video and audio are being streamed but because of they are not listed in PMT, VLC nor set-top box can find and decode them.
Does anybody has this problem? Can anybody imagine which of the last commits could cause this issue?
Thank you very much in advance. This is an amazing project.Best regards.
