[dvblast-devel] Question about dvblast and tbs cards

If this is the same problem, we are speaking about TBS6984 cards only. It
does not happen on TBS6985 and on dual-tuner cards. The card actually
locks, but does not produce any output from the demod. In dvblast we see
"No DVR output" errors.

Problem is sometimes resolved by simply unloading and loading the
saa_716x_tbs module, sometimes only a system reboot helps.

So far, we've not seen this problem with drivers newer than 20130901, or
with TBS6985 cards (the successor of TBS6984).
