In the config file you can list all PIDS that you want streamed but I
don't think this will solve your problem.

How does the PMT looks (please post dump from dvblast's debug log) and
tell us what elementary PID is missing in the output.

Also you need to tell us your command line and config file because from
your report it is unclear.
