You are using canon to kill mosquitoes.

         case 'Y':
             b_enable_ecm = true;
+            b_dvb_global = true;
             break;

Just remove b_dvb_global = true from case 'Y' and recompile. There a lot
of bugs fixed since 2.0 that you'll hit if you use the old version.
