[dvblast-devel] Chinese characters - couldn't convert from BIG-5 to UTF-8

Hi!
I am running dvblast in China and having problems receiving the correct services names.Is there a way to deal with this chinese characters?
warning: couldn't convert from BIG-5 to UTF-8 (Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character)
