[dvblast-devel] always forward PCR packets

I think due to migration to code.videolan.org there is something wrong 
with your links below.
The project is still available at git.videolan.org/git/dvblast.git (if I 
try to clone).
If I try to open your links below it says:

404 - No such project

(I asume gitweb is no longer working on projects which are to be moved 
on code.videolan.org)

Also the version on code.videolan.org is older than the one at 
git.videolan.org/git ...

Which is the correct way to follow?
