[dvblast-devel] Patch for fixing support for H.265/HEVC

Hi,

I am testing dvblast with channels "SES UHD Demo Channel" and "UHD1 by
ASTRA / HD+" from Astra 19.2ºE freq 10994 H.

If I set the PIDs to stream using the SID-based method, dvblast does not
output the video stream and neither it specifies its existence in the pmt.
If I set the PIDs to stream using the SID and PIDs method (manual method),
dvblast outputs correctly the video stream and its signaling in pmt.

I have reviewed demux.c and patched it, adding 0x24 (stream type for H.265)
where it was missing.

I have tested it again and now it works. I am attaching the patch hoping
you can add it to the project.
