[dvblast-devel] DVblast and ATSC help

Hello folks. First time poster here. I made an effort to find resources to help, however I am new to DVblast and may not be looking in the right places.
Please forgive me in advance if there is a resource that can be found.

I am attempting to run DVblast to a multicast stream from a raspberry PI3 with a Hauppauge Win950Q usb adapter. Additionally I downloaded dvblast version 3.

Here is ouput from dmesg: grep -I dvb

I found this channel on our cable TV system:
RADAR:501000000:QAM_256:257:258:1

I created a config file with the following:
255.0.0.41:20000        1       257:258:1
I have also tried a config file in this format:
255.0.0.41:20000        1       257,258,1

My multicast stream never starts and I see the following output from dvblast:

I suspect there is a dvblast command line switch that I need and/or my config file is missing something.

Can someone please point me in a direction?
