[dvblast-devel] Scrambled channel or not

Hey,

If the channel provider does not properly send the flag that says that the
channel is encrypted then what other ways can I programatically figure out
that the channel is encrypted?

It could be using something other than dvblast, any tips is welcome.

See linked picture of a channel which dvblast does not mark as scrambled
(because flag is not set) but VLC mentions something about "Scrambled:
Yes", unsure where VLC gets that from.
