You have it clearly explained in the warning message:
WARNING: BD+ generation 9 not tested / supported

libbdplus contains only very basic and very incomplete BD+ support.
You can only play discs from so called generations[1] 1-3, which means
discs from 2007/2008. Anything newer will simply not work.
