Top menu and first play titles are optional. Those flags indicate if
the disc implements top menu / first play titles _and_ libbluray can
play those titles. Currently only HDMV titles are supported.

top_menu_supported = 0 ==> bd_menu_call() does nothing
first_play_supported = 0 ==> bd_play() does nothing (disc can't be
played in automatic mode; one has to select title or bring up top menu
to start the playback).
