No.  Also has nothing to do with the commit you responded to.

The raw video output doesn't do anyone a whole lot of good since at
the point the data is on the HDMI cable, it's raw and uncompressed,
meaning going through a necessarily lossy compression back to a raw
video file, minus all the niceties that this project works hard to
make available-- navigation, menus, multi-track audio and subtitles,
etc.

The only thing this enables (theoretically) is realtime capture from
an HDCP source, or building HDCP "compliant" hardware that can capture
the raw stream.  Interesting, but useless for those of use that want
to be able to play Blu-ray that we legally purchased, as it was
intended to be experienced.
