[libbluray-devel] Where to file libbluray bugs? @videolan trac says "not here"

I'm buidling libbluray/master on linux/64.

I've a build bug that I'd like to file.

@ libbluray src, it states:

     "Report bugs to <
     http://www.videolan.org/developers/libbluray.html>".

Following at that link, -> Support -> Report a Bug -> 
http://www.videolan.org/support/#bugs -> VLC bug tracker -> Go to the
VLC bug reporting site ->  https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/.

So I filed a bug there:

    https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/8101

Which was unceremoniously closed by `courmisch`,

    "This is the VLC bug tracker, not libbluray"

I reopened to ask the "right place", which engendered,

    "Not here. Don't ask me; I am not a libbd dev."

So I'll ask _here_.  If not at the URL provided & followed, as above,
where's the bugtracker for libbluray?
