[libdvbpsi-devel] Use libdvbpsi with a decoder

Hi All,

I'm trying to use libdvbpsi with a decoder, I modified successfully the
decode_mpeg.c example file to be able to use it with my own input module and
to decode PAT/SDT/PMT tables. My question is where to build a complete video
or audio frame to send it into my decoder.
