[libdvbpsi-devel] [PATCH] pkg-config

Hi,

Attached patch adds pkg-config for libdvbpsi. It is based on libass
[1]. It also fixes the AC_INIT in configure.ac which seems wrong
according to the automake manual [2].

I'm no autotools expert, even less for pkg-config, so someone please
double check...
