I've sent a patch for this and an automake-1.13 related problem I saw
while testing:

configure.ac:8: error: 'AM_CONFIG_HEADER': this macro is obsolete.
    You should use the 'AC_CONFIG_HEADERS' macro instead.

With these patches applied, I can build all of libdvbpsi from git on
NetBSD -- except for dvbinfo.
