libdvdcss.h:51: `PATH_MAX' undeclared here

Hi,

I tried to compile libdvdcss on hpux 11.00 but the compilation fails with the
following error messages:

gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -DDVDCSS_DIST -Wsign-c
