No subject

I looked for the libdvdcss executable for Windows but could not find 
it.  So I followed the directions and  downloaded both Msys and MinGW 
installed them according to the directions and ran the ./configure make and 
got the following errors.  I first changed to the libdvdcss directory with 
the command cd -P c:\libdvdcss-1.2.8.

Could anyone help me with this problem?  I'm new to both of the above 
programs and could use some help in configuring and running both.
