[libdvdcss-devel] [PATCH] make libdvdcss headers self-sufficient

This patch adds required #includes to libdvdcss headers so that they can
be used without other headers as prerequisites.  This leaves out stdint.h
#includes, which are necessary but were rejected by Sam Hocevar for
libmpeg2.  I assume it will be the same here.  Still my patch is better
than the current situation.
