[libdvdcss-devel] XDG specification - Cache folder

I had proposed some time ago to follow XDG [1] for the cache folder instead 
of using $HOME/.dvdcss [2],
including even a patch to do so. This was supposedly forwarded here, but 
I didn't see any reaction or the code being commited.

Maybe a candidate
