[mpris] Correction to spec (Volume EmitsChangedSignal)

So, while working on the Amarok MPRIS2 support, I've realised that we missed 
the EmitsChangedSignal annotation off Volume.

Clearly, it should be there.

Any objections to me just adding it to the spec?

I'll put a "corrections" section on the front page to list little things like 
this (although hopefully there aren't any more).
