[multicat-devel] Win32 Build for cygwin

All-

I've modified the source code for multicat (and accompanying *.c files) and compiled a build for cygwin.  Immediately I have two things:

1)  Would you like the modified source?
2)  Would you like the binaries?

The new source should compile on any recent cygwin (and perhaps other non linux systems), and involved minor changes to headers and #defines which should not have altered any functionality (mostly found in the debian patch, and later expanded to the rest of the files).

Lastly, I think a native win32 source using winsock would be beneficial.  Are there any thoughts on this before I try to move forward?  Would this be well received by the development team?
