[multicat-devel] [ANN] multicat 2.1

Dear VideoLAN users,

We are happy to announce multicat version 2.1, a Swiss knife for transport streams (TS). This release brings the following improvements:

  * FreeBSD and Mac OS X support
  * Support for changing source address with raw sockets
  * Add ability to cap the number of retx requests in reordertp
  * Allow retransmission to work without a dedicated connection
  * Add options to fix continuity counters and restamp dates
