[streaming] unclas - Reloading VLS config from the Telnet Interface

All,
Using VLS 0.5.3 on a RH8 box. From the Telnet interface if I do a
'show program', I see all my configured sources with an info filed
displaying "Info: provided by local1".
According to the "help config" output, if I do a 'config --load',
VLS is supposed to stop all broadcasts, dump the current config and reload
from vls.cfg.
Problem is if I do the command and 'show program' again, I see a
double entry for the all programs; i.e "Info: provided by local1 local1".
Am I doing something wrong or is this feature not supported properly
yet?? (I also notice the 'config --save' function does not work).
Only way I can get this to work at the moment is once I have changed
the vls.cfg file, I have to shutdown (from the Telnet interface) and restart
(from the command line).

Ian
