[streaming] Sat card Alternatives to Hauppauge

I'm having trouble getting hold of the Hauppauge cards in the Czech Republic
and was wondering if there were any DVB alternatives someone has working.
(I can get Vision Pro cards here, but AFAIK no Linux drivers are working -
please tell me if I'm mistaken).
