1) Are you sure FEC is 2 ? Most common values are 3 (3/4) and 5 (5/6)

2) Cannel Name should be "Discovery Channel" (as I said it before, it is
case sensitive)

3) As far as I know, VLS doesn't  use VPID and APID, but rather the SID.
You'll  have  to  find  it  in  order  the  VLS  to  find  the  channel.
Have  a  look  at  the  satscan program  that  comes  with  libdvb.  The
http://www.lyngsat.com website would perhaps also allow you to find that
piece of information.

4) VLS 0.5.3 only support libdvb-0.2.2. As far as I know, libdvb 0.2.2 dvbrc files doesn't have APID,VPID or PCRPID parameter. You only need (and should only have) the SID...
