I need some help understanding how to establish a unicast stream from VLS to VLC.
I was hoping that all I would need to do is define who all allowable VLC clients
are in the vls.cfg file. Something like this.
BEGIN "vls1"
DstHost = "10.0.0.100"
END
And then the VLC player could make any request to the VLS server daemon for any
available content.
vlc udp://ip_vls_server/SomeMovie.mpg
OR is it intended that VLC can not make direct requests of VLS and the stream
of content must be initiated from the VLS server and VLC just 'tunes' into
whatever IP/port it is supposed to?
Thank you for any response.
Keith
