Hello:
I am curious why VLC and VLS seem to generate slightly
different mpeg2-ts streams. I can play the ts stream from
vlc cvs across the network fine with xine's rtp/udp
plugin without issues. When I attempt to play the same
stream sent by VLS, I get no audio when using xine. Vlc
used to do this as well until shortly after the 0.6.2
release (cvs seems to fix this). My question is, when
will vls produce an identical stream to vlc?
Thanks,
Rett Walters
PS. I am using xine as a client because it supports dxr3
as an output, whereas vlc doesn't, and seems that it won't
anytime soon.
